Are The Servers Fully Managed?
Yes. When you purchase a server with PROXX online they are fully managed by our staff. You can contact support via Forum, Support Ticket, or Phone should you have an issue with one of your systems.
Can I Order A Server With Upgrade Specifications That Are Not Listed?
Yes. All orders have both the option to be upgraded before setup, or after your box has been up and running. Due to the vast amount of upgrades that are possible for these boxes, we ask that you submit a Sales Ticket for new services so we may configure your server with your requested upgrades. For current customers, please submit a Support Ticket.
